CHI SAU – “STICKING HANDS”

Chi Sao (translated to “Energy Hands” or “Sticking Hands”) is unique to the Wing Chun, and is introduced after the student reaches their first sash level (after finishing the first hand form). Chi Sao accelerates understanding on many levels such as learning efficient use of force, balance, sensitivity, structure, and timing. Chi Sao results in controlled, spontaneous, fast flowing precise techniques and is done under supervision by an instructor to ensure safety.
